There was nowhere to send anyone. Every enquiry started from scratch on the phone, the same questions answered over and over, and anyone who searched online found nothing that reflected the standard of the dogs or the setup behind them.
Built a site that does the explaining before Henry has to. The stud dogs, the planned litters and the kennel services each get proper space, the farm setting is shown rather than described, and there's a waiting list people can join instead of an enquiry that has to be chased.
There's now one link to give people, and it carries the weight of the operation behind it. The waiting list means interest gets captured while it's warm rather than depending on someone remembering to call back.
