[ Brand · Web · Content · Social · Design ]

Making your business look as good as it is.

Most businesses aren't bad at what they do. They're bad at showing it. That gap is the bit I fix — websites, photography, content, social and the brand behind them.

01 — What I do
01 Five areas, not five companies

One thing,
or all of it.

Need just a website? That's fine. Just content for your socials? Also fine. Most projects cross two or three of these anyway — open whichever is relevant to you.

01

Brand

Identity · Packs · Refresh

Work out who the business is, then write it down so it stops drifting.

Every client gets a Brand Pack. If your branding already exists, it captures and organises it. If it doesn't, that's where we create it. Everything afterwards is built against it — which is why the website, the socials and the printed stuff actually match instead of looking like three different companies.

Web

Design · Build · Redesign

Make it credible before someone decides whether to call you.

Most people check you online before they get in touch. If there's nothing there — or what's there hasn't been touched since 2014 — you've lost the job before the phone rings. Built properly, loads fast, works on a phone, and set up so Google can find it.

Content

Photo · Video · Drone

One shoot. Website imagery, reels, stories, listings — everywhere.

I come to you and photograph the real thing, not a stock library version of it. A single day on location produces hero images for the site, stills for social, reels, and footage for later. Shot vertical and wide in the same session, so nothing needs redoing for a different format.

04

Social

Strategy · Planning · Assets

Show up properly, and keep showing up.

Most social management fails because the business has no content to post. So I make the content first, then plan it. If you'd rather be hands-off entirely I'll run it — but that's an option, not the starting point.

Design

Print · Digital · Marketing

Everything else that needs making, in the same visual language.

Menus, signage, flyers, ads, presentations. The things that sit alongside the website and usually end up looking like they belong to a different business entirely.

02 — The gap
02 The gap

You're better than your website says.

A great electrician with no website. A café making the best coffee in town with an Instagram full of dark phone photos.

They lose work to competitors who are worse at the actual job but better at looking the part. That's not a design problem — it's a business problem, and it's the one thing I'm here to sort.

Some clients need the lot. Some need one page, or one shoot. Both are proper projects, and you'll never be sold a package you didn't ask for.

03 Selected work

Recent
projects.

Three websites built for independent businesses — a gun dog kennel, a landscaping and gardening firm, and a mobile hairstylist. Different trades, same problem: all three were better than they looked online.

04 — How it works
04Six stages

Understand it,
agree it,
then make it.

You approve the direction before the expensive part starts. No being handed a finished website that isn't what you pictured — and no open-ended bill.

01DiscoverI get to know the business properly. Questionnaire, conversation, a look at everything that already exists.
02BuildI build your Brand Pack — capturing the brand if it exists, creating it if it doesn't.
03ReviewI present it and talk you through the thinking, not just the result. Say what you think.
04ApproveYou sign it off. Nothing major gets built until you're happy with the direction.
05CreateWebsite, content, social, print — all made against the approved direction.
06ContinueThe pack stays the foundation for whatever comes next. Nothing gets re-explained.

Layout is one
person, and
that's the point.

You deal with me from the first message to the last file. The person who answers your email is the person who builds the site and takes the photographs.

I grew up on my family's farm in Fyfield. Farming was never going to be my thing — but even the farm needed help with how it looked online. That told me everything: every business has a gap somewhere, and most of the good ones round here just haven't had the time to fix it.

Background
First class honours, Events Management. Marketing and PR agencies since.
Based
Oxfordshire — close enough to come and see the place.
Works across
Brand, web, content, social and design. One project or all of it.

Tell me what you need.

You don't have to know exactly what you want. Describe what's not working and I'll tell you what I'd do about it — including what I wouldn't spend money on yet.
